The barley rice and pumpkin soup as appetizers were fantastic. The side dishes were all excellent. We tried three different entrees and each one was delicious! I will definitely be returning next time I am in Seattle.
The service was incredibly friendly, they offered 2 types of house-made kimchi, and the pumpkin soup that came with every main course was absolutely delicious. The barley tea was the perfect finishing touch! I left feeling absolutely euphoric.
I was informed that this restaurant was "authentic". I have never been to Korea, but I believe the authenticity was accurate. The food was extremely flavorful. My dish was served boiling hot and despite ordering it medium spicy, it was quite spicy. The interior is not fancy, with simple tables and walls. The service is functional but not exceptional. The prices are a bit high, ranging from $18 to $22 for most dishes. However, I would still recommend this place.
I enjoyed the food a lot and felt very comforting. Did not rate five stars because of the price. I like how different their menu items are compared to other typical Korean restaurants. The pork belly with vegi wraps is full of texture. First time I had sujebi (flour flake soup) and I like how chewy it is. Definitely something I will make at home.
Best sujebi noodle soup here. love that they also give you the barley rice and pumpkin soup as sides. the soybean cold noodle is good but i’m not used to the green noodles. it’s also quite pricey than other places for what you get compared to other koran restaurants here..
