Safeway - Federal Way

I was looking for cultured milk, but the woman at the self-checkout brushed me off. I felt quite disappointed, especially since I traveled all the way from Puyallup, Washington, to Federal Way. I’m not sure I’ll be able to go back to that store again.

This restaurant consistently delivers excellence. It's always well-kept, and the staff is extremely helpful. The pharmacy team is outstanding too.

The staff at Safeway are very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I shop there often since there aren’t many other options available. I really miss Albertsons.

I used to be unhappy with this store because of its poor customer service, but I must say that things have improved tremendously over the past few years. The staff is now wonderful—very helpful and friendly. I really like using the Safeway app; it helps me save a lot of money with the coupons I receive for items I buy regularly. I also appreciate the reward points, which I can redeem for gas discounts or free products. For instance, I currently have three reward points, which can get me 30 cents off per gallon of gas or $4 off my next purchase. I could also use these points to get a Safeway brand frozen pizza, a 32-ounce block of cheese, a case of water, or select other items in the three-point category.

The restaurant offers a nice selection of well-prepared food, and there's a Starbucks on the premises that we visited a few times during our stay in the area.
