Jimmy John's - Federal Way

Expensive BUT delicious!!! And they have EXCELLENT customer service!! I'm the weirdo that likes my sandwich cut diagnal for some reason and, NOT in half! I had it like that once and never again, so I let them know every time, and they're okay with it! ?

Jimmy John's offers quality tasty sandwiches in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are made fresh, and I like the fact they stay soft all day long. The roast beef and shredded lettuce are my favorites, but the hams are just as good.

This Jimmy John 's in Federal Way has turned into my Favorite !I go to many, but I go 5 miles out of my way past others to get lunch here!Food quality is good, the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly! ?The owner deserves credit for all of that ? ??!

This used to be the best Jimmy John's but I noticed a lot of staff have changed and maybe that's what contributed to the lack luster quality of food. I love Jimmy John's! I go there often because they have a very good veggie sandwich. However, my last 3 orders have quite literally been thrown together and loosely wrapped. I used to brag about this specific Jimmy John's because our sandwiches were always made so great! Now they're rushed, soggy, and lacking. It's quite unfortunate to watch the only Jimmy John's in fed way go out sad like that. The customer service is...okay at best, but not terrible. I'm just at the point where I'd rather buy the bread and make my sandwich at home myself.
