Jack In The Box - Federal Way

Hit the drive thru. What impresses me is they are my local JIB and their service is always good and the food is always how I ordered it and prepared right.

Horrible customer service, guy at the window just stared at, handed us our food and didn’t say a word. as we were about to drive away we said thank you and he looked right at us stared again, said absolutely nothing and went back to whatever he was doing. our order was also incorrect.

Worked a double shift, kid wanted a cheeseburger kids meal. Decided to come here and went home to a kids cheeseburger meal with no meat.

I don't go here too often but it's usually pretty decent for a Jack in the Box and the customer service was great a few nights ago. They should sell frappes and I would roll through there more often.

I have a picture to go along with it. Got a ultimate breakfast sandwich today and the bread had mold on it. Super gross. I won't lie, I'm a pig so I just took the bread off and ate it without the moldy bread. Super gross though that you guys are serving people clear mold. I go here all the time so I don't think its something that'll make me stop cause I live where this is the nearest and only place open 24 hours. Just probably be more weary about the bread now. The people working there were super sweet though. I think it was just them being rushed and not actually checking the quality of the food.
