Five Guys Burgers Fries - Federal Way

Marcus was fantastic and very friendly! The restaurant is clean and all tables are pushed aside, so they are only offering takeout due to COVID. Their drink machines have a QR code scanner so you can avoid touching them if you prefer. The food was also delicious!

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional. They have a fantastic vibe and always seem to have a positive attitude. I have picked up my delivery orders from here multiple times and every employee I encounter is attentive and respectful. This level of service cannot be a coincidence. Excellent work!

I had an amazing burger at this restaurant. It was juicy and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The staff was doing a fantastic job and the fries were delicious. The customer service was exceptional.

It's been a long time since I had five guys burgers. But maybe it was just a slow day but they where damn fast. I had a burger, fries, a drink and a small shake, it ran me a 20 spot. So it best be DAMN fast and tasty. The shake was definitely above par and the burger and the fries were none to shabby as well. But i am glad to say that they moved to the mono drink system much like Jack that you can have 128 different selections out of one fountain. I think you should be able to see it from a picture I think all fast food places should have this option. So over all good service, good food, steep price for fast food.

The place offers a large range of delicious food. I enjoy eating here. Staff members are always welcoming, prices are fair and the spot is always clean.
