Rica Pizza - Federal Heights

I called to place an order at Rica Pizza and was greeted with a rude "Hello" by the lady answering the phone. When I asked if I had the right number, she simply responded with "Yeah" without asking how she could help me or requesting my name and phone number. Additionally, there was a screaming child in the background, making the experience unprofessional and unpleasant. I will not be supporting this small business again. Food rating: 1 star.

I went to the restaurant today to pick up my pre-paid order, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She didn't even greet me, just took my name and rolled her eyes. I will not be returning to this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible pizza, made with poor ingredients. Family got very sick after eating here. Don’t recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza was almost as bad as the lady's attitude that took my order .would not recommend Food: 1 Service: 1

The restaurant had impeccable service and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience pleasant. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, although it could use a bit more ambiance to truly set the mood. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommend it to others.
