While our waiter was nice and helpful, the restaurant was dirty, our table was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. This was my first and ONLY visit to Bertucci’s.

They would not honor our reservation. They said that they were not taking reservations. What is the pont of making a reservation, if they do not honor it.
