Contribuiți la feedbackI went to the restaurant tonight for my Mexican pizza, and even though we had to wait over an hour, our food was hot and fresh. The staff worked hard to make it happen. Great job!
I ordered two party packs from the drive-thru, which I had never done before. The worker informed me there were too many tacos for the drive-thru, so I went inside and placed my order on the computer. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, watching as they filled 15 drive-thru orders before starting on mine. When I finally received my food, the worker dropped the packs on the counter as if they were unimportant. The food was soggy, and they didn't include the correct sauce packets I had requested. At that point, I just gave up.
I am astounded by how consistently bad this Taco Bell manages to be. It is always slow, confusing, and the food is often subpar. I have given them multiple chances over the past few months, but each visit is disappointing. This particular Taco Bell has been operating like this for two years now. It's time for them to close their doors for good. This place is like a trash compactor stuck in garbage mode.
Had a mobile job on the day the Mexican pizza was released so they were extremely busy. I received my food in a decent amount of time, my order was right for a great order, and that was delicious.
Slow as molasses. Idk how they have a full staff. Also a bigger parking lot than MLK. They slow. Never know what time it will close. Half of staff goes on smoke break together when there's car in the drive-thru to the street. MLK have 3 staff members but be on their grind. Mlk put this Taco Bell to shame. Employees cussing no customer service or home training. I know times are tough but take some pride in your job
