Sonic Drive-in - Fayetteville

I went to Sonic on Colorado Drive in Fayetteville this morning and ordered a bacon croissant sandwich combo with tater tots and iced tea. When I got to work and opened the bag, I found a burrito instead of my order. I was unable to go back to get the correct order because I couldn't leave work. I was disappointed as I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time. I will be stopping by tonight after work to get a refund. I would have understood if they were busy, but that was not the case.

So I took a risk and tried this Sonic yesterday. I should have listened to the warnings but I thought I could stop by quickly for a burrito and coffee before an event. Nope. I ordered at a parking spot, paid, and after ten minutes it finally said on the screen it was being brought out. It never came. So we buzzed them and asked. She acted like she had no clue and said it would come out soon. Then another order appears on our screen. Then it's deleted. What the heck is happening here? 15 minutes later, when we were about to leave b/c now I was about to be late, she showed up and gave us our food with a huge drink that I did not order (I ordered a med but was charged for a xl? . But we didn't have time to fix that issue too. Won't be back. Try a different location if you must have Sonic. This location is unorganized, understaffed (I assume , and very hectic.

3rd time delivery of mozzarella sticks and no sauce. Asked for Marinara sauce and did not receive. Hate eating cheese sticks dry!!
