Sino Wok Chinese Eatery - Fayetteville

My food was served cold. After taking just two bites, I returned it to the counter. It was not made fresh to order and had come from the bar. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it wasn't possible because I didn't want the cold food. The cashier pointed to a sign that clearly stated "No Refunds or Exchanges." Thankfully, the manager stepped in and offered to have my order cooked fresh. I accepted and received a hot meal that looked appealing. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't match the appearance. You live and learn, but I won't be returning to this location for food again. I gave it two stars because the manager was helpful.

Every item was bad. Flavors just off... Sesame chicken was not what you would expect. The bourbon chicken was so dry it was inedible and had a very distinct char flavor. The rice was gross as well. $14 I'll never get back for this mess.

Food tastes nasty and overpriced. Rude workers who don't care and portion sizes small. Won't ever come back food nasty and Luke warm.

Sino Wok at Cross Creek Mall number 1 menu item is Bang Bang Shrimp for $9.39 and for $1.00 more for extra meat. The extra meat must be the same meat in the meaI ordered. I ordered the meal with extra shrimp and I was charged $9.39 for meal plus $3.99 for extra shrimp. I ask for a manager and the assistant manager came. He said shrimp is not meat and is excluded. But the sign did not show any exclusions. I ask why does your sign say extra meat for $1.00 if it is excluded? He then got angry and ask me to leave. I feel this is bait and switch to get additional money from customers. This is deceptive and unfair. Beware of Sino Wok.

They have the worst customer service. The guy who fixed my plate put the chicken on my plate and it’s my fault he didn’t hear me. Also over changed me for my food and when I said something about it, the cashier told me I was wrong. And had to ask someone else to explain to their worker he over charged me but he told me I was wrong and he learned I was right. around RICHARD you need to hire better staff
