Kfc - Fayetteville

I ordered online through the app once, only to discover that the store was closed for remodeling. I never received my meal, even though my credit card was charged. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru and spent $55. After a 45-minute drive home, I realized we didn’t receive the French fries we paid for. We won’t be eating at KFC anymore. There's a Popeyes right up the road.

The cashier was very friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. There were only two other customers, so it was quite a peaceful atmosphere. The food was served hot and tasted amazing!

The food was all served cold, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for it. They didn’t provide us with a receipt at all; the price quoted while ordering was different when we reached the pickup window, about 100 feet away. They apologized, saying there was no cook available. Honestly, they should have closed the restaurant for the night. If either my wife or I end up getting sick, I will consider taking legal action against the company. I believe I could have done a better job myself.

Got a bucket of chicken, my husband likes spicy so asked if I could get a small container of the Nashville hot sauce. They said no because there was no way to ring it up. I said could you take a couple pieces out of the bucket and sauce them. No causeits like 50 cents more per piece....so you can't sell me some and you can't give me some....hmmm. I guess I won't waste my $25buying chicken from KFC. KFC won the stupid award today. Oh, second stupid thing, you can order online but you still have topark and come in and get your food....what's wrong with drive through?

This place never has chicken ready. Tried to get a family meal of chicken tenders (8 tenders) and they only had 4 tenders available. Said it would be over 20 minutes to hand bread the rest. You?d figure a place called Kentucky fried CHICKEN wouldhave more than 4 pieces ready on a Saturday night. This happens about every other time I go to this location as well. About tostop even trying.
