Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie

Fantastic meal. The staff were great and food selection nice. The chicken was very moist and the seasoning perfect. Their house sauces really complemented the dish. Our party all enjoyed the meal and agreed to come back.

Really great food and equally great service. Restaurant was very clean. They offer catering which will be where I am getting my next families get together food.

Rotisserie Chicken was phenomenal, juicy with a crisp skin. The marinade is great and permeates the meat completely. The green and yellow sauces are really good. Portion sizes are big enough for two meals. Even the take home containers are quality and reusable. I can't wait to try the steak salad.

Delicious food. Rotisserie chicken and options of rice and other side dishes. Fast enough for a one hour lunch break. The black beans and rice were sooo good!

Cooking with fire imparts the best flavor in food. You can find the best tasting fire-roasted chicken at Fabe's. I ordered the pollo saltado and it was love at first bite. One draw back were the soggy fries because they placed them under the juicy chicken. I will ask for fries on the side next time.
