Eden Fresh Market - Fayetteville

Update: I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. The meat department has been much better recently. This has actually become one of my favorite places to shop! They have my favorite kimchi, a good canned fish selection, and the sales are great. This is a nice looking, clean, well organized store. The prices are hit or miss, some are great, others are terrible, most are average. I was hoping for a really great meat department, but was disappointed. A number of packages were broken open and rotting. I picked up a package and it instantly ripped open, the plastic they use is the weakest stuff I've ever seen. I have no intention of getting meat here again. The produce department was decent, and they had a few products that can be hard for me to find. I doubt I'll shop here often, but it's not bad overall.

This store had Smoked Chicken, red sausage and hotdogs I 've not seen or had in over 40 years. Thank you foe having all we needed to have a 88th Birthday Celebration for Mom C in Atlanta. Maybe you can ship to us in Alaska.?

I go here weekly for groceries, but after the last two weeks I don’t think I will anymore.It’s fairly nice, has an ok selection of items, but on two separate occasions in the last two weeks I have gotten home and found the meat products I have purchased were expired. That’s really disgusting and not something a grocery store should miss.This makes me wonder what else they are not paying attention to. I’m officially skeeved out by anything not prepackaged from here.

So this supermarket for one is convient and thats where the positive for me stops!! I for sure will never buy any meat from here again..Bought steaks from here and usually buy from a local butcher but wanted to compare! Im known for spending big money on quality steaks every month and usually got to T&T meats. Eden fresh on the other hand has the worst quality meat by far! The steaks were cooked like I have been doing for the past decade and i decided to cook a well done vs a medium rare! No matter how I cooked the steak the end texture was like DOG FOOD! Almost jello like texture and extremely bland with no authentic steak taste!! My steaks are usually cooked on the grill or in cast iron and nothing helped it! The texture of the meat bought at this store is horrible! I also bought some items that are made in store and almost threw up! IF YOUR GOING TO BUY FROM HERE I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYTHING MADE IN STORE OR PACKAGED IN STORE LIKE MEAT! I WOULD ONLY SUGGEST PRE PACKAGE THINGS LIKE CAN GOODS AND PRODUCTS LIKE THAT! All in all i feel like people go here bc they might be too lazy to drive to a quality product store or they may feel like products are a little more affordable but this is the perfect example of you get what you pay for!!!

Great store and I love items from the bakery, clean and great selection on fish and seafood. Only giving a 3 because this store lacks in hiring good employees and customer service could be better.
