Everytime i’ve been the cookies have been great i did witness an altercation tho where an employee told this man to come back in an hour for this specific cookie he wanted and when he did they had sold all of them again…he didn’t tell the man until after he had already waited an hour that they don’t save cookies unless you place an online order…so i definitely understood his frustration.

It was pretty short staffed this afternoon and the side ordering terminals were down adding to pressure. I think there were only two young guys working this afternoon, but they were rocking it. The cookies that were supposed to be warm were and the ones that chilled were just that. As I franchisee these guys did a great job holding to your brand standards.

Do not preorder cookies and pay for them online. I ordered a dozen cookies this morning for pickup at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm to pick them up and they were not ready. I paid for them when I ordered online. It said they would be ready by 5pm. They said they do not prep orders until you arrive. They were super busy and they did not have enough of the cookies I ordered to complete my order. I don’t understand why the option to preorder is available. I would understand this concept if I paid at arrival but I paid for a dozen pumpkin cookies but got 5 cookies I did not want which now affects a birthday order I made for 12 pumpkin cookies. They had over 6 hours to prep this order. If I ordered a cake or cookies from a bakery and pay for it they would not give my cake or cookies to other customers when it is paid for already. Not to mention they charged me a mandatory 15% tip fee for preorder.

Honestly, I normally have nothing but good experiences at this location. I understand tonight was SUPER busy for them, the place was packed. But all three of my minis were hard as rocks, like chip a tooth hard. The cake was super yummy though! It’s just for $8, and previous experience I had my expectations higher.

I love all the cookies!! The carrot cake is my favorite!!
