Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fayetteville

My husband and I were just treated so bad here. I already don 't like eating at this location because the food usually taste bad or the service is terrible. Tonight, the service was so bad I just told the girl seving to cancel my bowl. First off, when she was ready to take our order, she just stood in front of us, looking like she had a damn problem with us. Then, it immediately went to we only got brown rice amd we don 't got no guac . Ok, so it 's a little after 9pm. You close at 11pm, and chose not to make anymore rice or quac, fine. After I noticed the attitude and remembered how bad the food is, I just said cancel my bowl. I sat down and let my husband order his and our girls food. As I sat down, I looked at all of the girls working. They acted like they were prison guards or some ****. They acted like they were angry at all the customers. It was really sad. I refuse to eat food served with negative energy. This place solidifies why I don 't eat chipotle any more. It 's trash, Just like the workers attitudes. If you don 't want to work, stay your lazy ass home. All you have to do is put food in a damn bowl or in a tortilla and roll it up, how is that hard enough to treat people mean, nasty and ugly. They all looked ugly with them damn attitudes.

Food was decent, it's Chipotle nothing special. One slight issue is that it has less options than Moe's, however it's food is higher quality which makes up for it.

As a loyal customer to Chipotle, I've tried this location multiple times since it's close to home, but each time I have encountered horrible service. The employees have horrible attitudes no matter how kind you are. Today Ria was absolutely rude to all the patrons, throwing food, and being blatantly nasty. Just drive to another location if you can, because this one is terrible. Did I mention that their score continues to decrease, today it was an 82.

My fave bowl to get is the veggie bowl! I get the white cilantro lime rice, mixed onions and peppers, corn, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce! Then I shake the bowl shake the bowl and WA-LA, magic! Yummy! And I get axtra rice here and there!

Absolutely Insane! They say that they are now open until 11pm, however when me and my friend went at 9:30pm, they were already starting to close up. They were no black beans, they didn't have the limeades out they already put it away, and the customer service was so ass.
