Extremely rude and unprofessional. Condescending attitudes. Just walked off in the middle of me ordering and assumed I was done, which i wasn't,instead of asking. Just an overall nasty demeanor.

Nice lil flashback to the Rally's that i am used to. Line moved along quickly because of the 2 lane drive thur innovative that others fast food should implement. Food was hot and fresh and served with a smile and genuine

This stud lady said she the manager she dropped my hamburger UT hit the ground and she wanted to give to me anyways after I ask her to remake she said she couldn't I asked for a refund she said couldn't I don't understand this establishment or the ppl that's working there I payed my money and didn't get the service I should have gotten I had to argue with her about my money and food being dropped on a nasty ground something has to be done about this ain't no way you treated a paying customer like this

I don’t ever post reviews, but I’ve been turned away from this location 3 different times within the last couple weeks. I was told for “system issues”, “closing early”, and for “changing the grease”…? (I understand oil needs to be changed, but is there only one fryer? Is it standard to turn customers away for this reason? I used to come here all the time growing up, but I have not had ONE good experience since moving back to the area. I’m just very disappointed because I used to love their food, but it’s a gamble every time I come whether they are actually serving customers… during operating hours. If you’re hungry, I’d suggest looking elsewhere because you’ll most likely be wasting your time coming here.

This is by far the Checkers from hell! They’re extremely rude. They don’t look pleasant at all. The only reason I come back is because there is an older gentleman who gives amazing service in the morning time. Other than that I stay away. And I only get fires when I come because everything else will be burnt or just don’t taste good! Please fire some of the employees. They take that job for granted. For sure.
