Brew Coffee Works - Fatih

First the menu is not updated, so the guy took us to a bar and explained that they have a nice hazelnut cake, which I ordered based on the hazelnut factor, however when I tried it, it was nothing like hazelnut so I asked him again, he confirmed another time that it’s a hazelnut cake and there no confusion or mistake about it. Deep inside me as I trust my taste buds more than anything else. I went for another time to ask a different waiter who in the end said it’s walnut. I immediately pointed out that I have allergies to walnut and also refused to pay for it because of their misleading information. I wish that such a coffeehouse closes down today not tomorrow because i believe a place that doesn’t care about your safety shouldn’t exist. They acted rude and insisted to pay full price which we did and left before finishing our coffee Very rude unskilled staff They need to go learn customer service then run a business

Poor quality of service, staffs never treated you as a guest. I asked them if I need to order at the counter, guy staff never looked at me and didn’t answer me. You can see staffs are still watching me over there. Very rude and poor service.

One of my favorite place in this area, not becoz of everything was extreme delicious but I love the atmosphere of this cafe. Especially the part where Mimar Kemalettin and Osman Hamdi Bey's portraits. Nice place to take a break

Worth a sit, for the coffee, and to enjoy the great use of this unique space, by the hotel. You can also enter the hotel lobby, and see the coffee shop from the other side, though the door between them is locked.
