Cara, laura and philippo are the best hosts! the service was absolutely top-class. peaceful, very good location, excellent staff! extraordinary breakfast, excellent dinner, great weine and the best olive oil! must do the olive oil tasting with francesca, which is precious!

I was very much looking forward to our special stay, but unfortunately they did not live up to our expectations. The site itself is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately the rooms and service do not live up to the rest and the price. It was my husband's round birthday. I had advised them before, but they were not very helpful. Nobody ever even said Happy Birthday. The room is spacious, but not up to standard (neither from the state of the room nor from the amenities, especially the towels are horrible). The dinner is in a nice location, however service is very bad. They brought us the main course while we were still eating the starters (just one example). The menu was interesting, the starters very good, the meat was not so good. Thanks to Elena who tried to recuperate the mistakes made. The breakfast is ok. The pool area is amazing, but again lacking any service or proactivity (we had to go to reception to ask for towels, they also don't prepare the area so each guest has to struggle to open the sun umbrella). It's a pity, since this hotel has a lot of potential, but misses attention to detail and passion.
