However, the side dishes could use some enhancements and recipe adjustments to boost their freshness. Overall, this restaurant offers the most affordable and high-quality options in the area.

Oh my goodness, we ordered the shrimp boil and it was way too salty! I took two bites, and I just couldn't eat anymore. My husband felt the same way. Now my stomach is growling from hunger! I really like Shrimp Dock, but I think I'll either skip the shrimp boil next time or ask for less salt.

It's been years since we last visited. We had fried shrimp and fried oyster plates. Both were good, but the shrimp was really outstanding. The fried okra was better than average while the coleslaw was only average. Jambalaya was quite tasty, but the rice was overcooked. The portions are generous, and I plan to share a plate next time. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was ok. It's not cheap but worth the price. It's not really a restaurant, more of a seafood shop. Did I mention how good the fried shrimp is?
