We went through the busy, but quick, drive-thru. They left my soda out of the order and added sugar to my husband's coffee, both of which we didn't realize until we were already out of line. We were not happy. The girl that waited on us at the window was very friendly, but guilted us into tipping which we did NOT appreciate. Although the food was delicious, I don't think we'd go back.

I know this can’t just be me..why do all the bagels taste like onions? I love blueberry bagels but got one from Einstein’s and I could distinctly taste onion. I thought maybe it was just next to an everything bagel in the case. So next time I order an apple bagel and it also tasted like onion. I just gave it one more shot and tried the multi grain and, yes, it tastes like onions.

You can choose from a wide variety of bagels here and have them toasted or regular. They also have different things to put on them besides cream cheese such as eggs or meat. We had the traditional cream cheese, but I did not particularly care for the runny variety they used.

I was shopping at the Turkey Creek Mall and decided to stop off at Einstein's and bring home some bagels for tomorrow's breakfast. However, when I got home I had to sample at least one of the bagels with some Honey Almond Cream Cheese. It was outstanding. I will return.

If a customer orders food and you mess up the order it’s on you. Apologize make it right and move on regardless if they paid for it or not it’s on you.
