I was there 15 years ago for an overnight stay, great service and attention to details. Very clean place where courtesy and good taste never miss. Bravo
More than a farm the thread wants to be a family meeting with the component of many genuine dishes. The landlord is a beautiful person very prepared in the history and traditions of his land. Dinner was a pleasant surprise the dishes were up to expectations only that I do not agree much with the choice of proposing products from other regions but would be more for autochthonous products. I have been in this farm several times and I have always been very well. It's small and on some occasions it was just us from our group. There is: a room for about 20 people at the entrance of the room, a large tavern(which I have never seen) that can host a large group. In an outbuilding a cosy room with an oval table for eight people, with a lounge. A beautiful veranda where you can eat outside in the beautiful season with an oval table for about 16 people. The manager is always available for any need and entertains guests with stories about the origin of the products they use for the dishes (which are not only those of their production, but also of other regions) always of excellent quality. Excellent Spiedo typical of the area. The first and other seconds are classic, but well made with small variations related to seasonal products or field herbs of the period. Beautiful landscape, tranquility, intimacy, as if you went to find a relative. I'll always be back.
It is not a real farm open to all. It is more than a place to attend in group and only by reservation. These are the owner's preferences, the nice Biscaro. The place is very simple, a house equipped to receive guests as in any dining room of a normal house.
