Vila Adentro - Faro

One beautiful little gem. It is a must visit. Food spectacular. Service 5* you have to wait, but it is so worth it. Bonus, it’s very reasonable do not waste your money in the main eating area.

Comida muito saborosa, pratos típicos algarvios com “twists” interessantes. Serviço simpático e almoço numa esplanada muito agradável!

Ordered cartaplanna seafood. Very disappointed lacking in flavour, seafood overcooked so rather tough, such a shame as good ingredients used.

Very disappointing meal. We came here for the Cartaplanna, to sample traditional Portuguese cooking. The staff were very pleasant and the ingredients of the dish were excellent. However, they had been badly handled. We had the Octopus Cartaplanna. There was very little seafood flavour in the stock and the seafood itself was overcooked and therefore very rubbery. There was plenty of seafood in the dish but it was just not good. Our friends had the vegetarian Cartaplanna and they said it was 'okay '. For the prices charged we would expect much better.
