Contribuiți la feedbackWhy does this place not have a Michelin Star?!? While the atmosphere is cozy and the service friendly (despite a full house), the food is the real star of the show here. We started with the mushrooms sauteed in garlic and olive oil which had a perfectly balanced flavor and more than enough juice to mop up with the provided bread toasts. But the main course was even better. The fried fish with tomato rice was absolutely sublime and even transcendent, leaving me feeling like I needed a moment to compose myself. It perfectly blended the crispy texture and subtle ocean flavor of nori with the encased tofu and the acidity of the tomato rice. This, alone would be worth a trip back to Faro. The seitan shank was almost as amazing with its mix of toothy bite and warm, earthy potatoes and sauce. Finally, we had the red velvet cake and chocolate tart, both of which rounded out one of the most perfect meals we 've had in many years. The bottom line is that Outro Lado Is a masterpiece and can be enjoyed by vegans and omnivores alike.
Excellent take on traditional Portuguese dishes using vegetarian ingredients. The service and ambiance was great too.
A comida é linda, deliciosa e inovadora. Os proprietários são simpáticos e gentis. Este restaurante merece ser um grande sucesso. Provavelmente a melhor refeição que tivemos na Europa nesta viagem.
Uma excelente experiência. O espaço é simpático e o staff afável e disponível. A comida (vegan) deliciosa, e provavelmente o melhor arroz de tomate que comi num restaurante. Parabéns!
