Mn - Faro

We arrived about 8.40pm to a restaurant that was by no means full, but sadly our main courses didn't arrive until about 9.50pm and to be frank they were very average. Our waitress was very apologetic, but it spoiled our evening as you might imagine. Not recommended

In the Montevideo neighborhood of Faro, I lucked out because this is the nearest restaurant to my Airbnb. The service is friendly and fast, and my vegetable soup and octopus rice were excellent! Locals seem to love this place, and I recommend it with no hesitation if you are in or near Faro

Found this place throug TripAdvisor and was pleasantly surprised. Hardly any tourists and a prety modern interior for Portuegeze standards and the food is delicious. Small menu but high quality. Prato do Dia for just €5,50. Highly recommended are the clams as appetizer! They don’t accept bankcards, cash only!

The restaurant has one of the best dishes in all algarve. her razor clam is fantastic and not to find a simple dish (and more difficult to master). their portions are also huge, so they will certainly be very fully abandoned. another highlight is the seafood açorda and the lemon merengue pie.

We were in the opposite and we decide to go here after we read the good reviews of the restaurant. it was totally worth eating, because it was really nice. the prices are good and the family that belongs to the business was nice!
