Feijao Do Luis - Faro

My wife and I were staying in an Air B&B in the same building above this restaurant. We were tired and it was late so we decided to give this restaurant our business. The restaurant specializes in Brazilian cuisine. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana which was very good and my wife ordered the Grilled Chicken (Frango Assado) which was not so good. The young girl server had a bit of an attitude or she was shy and it came across as an attitude. We were trying to speak Portuguese but that didn't help. This is truly a local restaurant so they might not want the tourist business. That may only be my misconception. The owner Luis was very friendly but not the staff. We returned two nights later for take out (take away) but the same young girl got the order entirely wrong even though I wrote out the food order on a piece of paper in Portuguese. We will give them a third chance the next time we visit Faro. They might have worked out their problems by then, since we were there in January, 2019. Give them a try. Everyone makes a few mistakes..

Ambiente agradável, atendimento de primeira, valores bem acessível, variedade de comida que é uma delícia, ao ir pedi carne que está bem macia, suculenta e ao ponto, o frango estava delicioso e bem temperado. Recomendo a visita para um almoço e até mesmo um café.

Variedade de pratos do dia caseiros bem confessionados e generosamente servidos. Atendimento bastante simpático. Espaço modesto, mas agradável.
