Cantinho - Faro

Many thanks for the amazing food experience. I had a green wine that was fresh, perfect for the warm weather. after a partly broth with a delicious olive oil, butter and a delicious octopus salad. I took the otopus as the main course, the aromen were fantastic, large portions and perfectly cooked. as dessert the mangomousse was offered to me (sorry, but no photo) which was the perfect end for a great meal. the view of the road and the cozyness also adds the value of the place.

Had the seafood rice and otopus. was the best thing I had in faro, great thoughts and carefree put in this from the cook. very favorable for the quality of eating and an amazingly cozy location to sit outside on the old walls.

This place is such a mood! we had only drinks after a nice dinner close to, but we really are in love with the place. we are really sorry that we did not come into the din because we have heard that eating is excellent and the place started on a Saturday evening at 10 o'clock. the location is great, it really transports it to another time. the personal was beautiful, can not blame her! oh, and the music was amazing! would they come and eat next time in faro.

Visited here to try the Cuddly cataplana, and my word, it was amazing! they were very busy, and a small establishment, we came without reservation, shortly after a big table had come to the house, so we were told that there are about 40 minutes waiting to order, this has not stopped us, we sat with a bottle of wee outside in the beautiful narrow paved lane. cataplana is a traditional dish cooked in a copper pot, and it is amazing. fantastic food. good service. small place.

Delicious food, charming restaurant on a brick lined cobble stoned street in the Old town. The fried prawns were perfectly cooked in a light garlic and oil sauce. The octopus Cataplana was bursting with flavor. A great way to end our holiday in Portugal.
