Brendels Of Ny Bagels And Eatery

Please tell me how a bagel store doesn’t have bagels in stock to buy. Not close to closing time. A weekend. And NO bagels? useless.

Asked for a bagel with some butter along with the rest of my $43.55 dollar order and this is what I received.....

Went there 11am and they had about 20 bagels left in the racks, no bacon . The older woman who takes orders has a terrible attitude and should not be dealing with customers. I’m hoping another bagel store opens in the area because I’m done with this place.

Husband spend roughly $30 for a dozen bagels and cream cheese yesterday. The cream cheese was spoiled. Really was awful. We already put cream cheese on 1/2 dozen of them and brought them and the other bagels back along with the rancid cream cheese. They REFUSED a refund, offered more cream cheese…we had only gotten it 20 mins before and it clearly was bad. Husband said no thank you just a refund please. nope…credit?? no credit..just take more cream cheese they said, they were sure THIS one would not be spoiled. The bad will created by this customer service can’t be worth one order of a dozen Bagels. Been going here for years…no more and I will continue to tell family and friends to beware of this.

Been going here for years. New owners took over and drove the place into the ground. Hard/stale bagels, sub-par food, poor customer service, and not very clean anymore. I now drive past this place to go to Poppyseeds in Centereach.
