Sushi Monster - Farmington

I've dined here twice now, and both times were absolutely delicious! The menu offers a wide variety of rolls to choose from. This visit, I tried the Special maki roll (wrapped in cucumber – so tasty!), the Sushi hot dog (HUGE, packed with flavor, and the size of at least two rolls!), the Snow White (so good!), and the Ding Ding roll (which was unique with kiwi and did not disappoint!). All the rolls are large and full of flavor. Despite the restaurant being packed with customers, we received our food remarkably quickly, and our waiter was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a GREAT experience!

The food was incredible, featuring both sushi and options for those who aren’t sushi fans. I was celebrating my birthday with my family, and the waitress was absolutely lovely. She created a special ice cream birthday plate for me, writing "Happy Birthday" in chocolate with balloons and even added a candle.

The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was good, and it's important to remember that a little patience is necessary at all restaurants these days. Our water was served quickly, and while the drink and food orders took a bit of time, that’s to be expected, especially during peak meal times. The sushi rolls were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the cucumber-wrapped rolls without rice. The Thai tea was both refreshing and tasty.

The sushi roll that the server recommended was wayyyyyy too spicy and melted my face off. I couldn?t eat it. Also the fish did not taste fresh in my roll or the roll I got for my daughter. I?ve tried to give this place several chances and each time thesushi disappoints. I would not at all recommend this place for sushi. If you want their grill, that food seems to be ok. Theservice was great besides the fact that I told them how bad the sushi roll was and they didn?t try to accommodate me at all.

This restaurant was clean, had a friendly staff and a great menu selection. The pricing was higher than some of the other local sushi places in the area, but at least the quality of the food was there and it tasted great. I would dine here again, but notas often due to the cost only. There was lots of parking and the wait to be seated was timely.
