Sonic Drive-in - Farmington

Half of the stalls were out of order, and the person taking my order was quite rude. They rushed me before I could finish speaking or placing my order. If you're working in customer service, it's best to leave your attitude at home, especially if you expect to receive a tip.

I was able to order ahead on the app, but it would not register that I had arrived at the location. Had to go to multiple stalls before I found one that worked. Ordered a large drink and failed to check that it was full before I left, only to realize that it was probably about 2/3 full, if that. Not the usual Sonic that I go to and probably won't become a regular stop.

We showed up at the end of the night and the list of things they were out of was so long that I thought they were confirming someone else's order with me. But they gave us a free ice cream for the long wait and inconvenience?which was a wonderful surprise for our 4-year-old.

The customer service at this location is appalling. I work at another fast food restaurant, and I wouldn't treat my customers the way I was treated here.

It was an average experience. The kiosks were operating well and the card readers were functioning properly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The outside of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, on several occasions, no one responded after I pressed the well-known red button to place an order. During one drive-thru visit, we received hard fries, the incorrect drinks, and the burgers were not made as requested. Overall, the quality seems inconsistent.
