Contribuiți la feedbackI was really looking forward to enjoying some delicious grilled shrimp, but I ended up very disappointed. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the app initially estimated a delivery time of 25 to 30 minutes. However, the delivery time kept extending, and after an hour, my shrimp finally arrived. To my dismay, not only was it cold, but there were only eight pieces—almost $30 for just eight shrimp and a few vegetables. Even without the $5 fee that Uber charges, that's still far too much to pay for shrimp.
Ordered a gin dirty martini, they know how to make it decently! Lots of small bites were available and I was quite satisfied. Each were about $3-4: Yes on calamari and corn bread No on the mac n cheese and French onion soup Nice server. He handled the large group pretty well! :
Delicious! I had lunch with my girlfriends, and it was fantastic. I chose the BBQ chicken salad based on everyone's recommendations, and I'm so glad I did. The portion was so large that my friend and I ended up sharing it, yet we were still completely satisfied! The chicken was perfectly cooked, and I loved the crunchy onion rings on top, paired with fresh corn right off the cob. The salad dressing was also delightful. My friends ordered burgers, and I can't wait to go back and try one of those—they looked mouthwatering and sizable! I took a bite and it only left me wanting more. We also had hummus as an appetizer, and there were three different kinds, all of which were amazing. The pesto pistachio was my favorite of the bunch. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was simply outstanding.
After being seated, we ordered drinks and received our menus. Unfortunately, the menu was the worst I've seen in a long time. For instance, the Veggie Burger was described as "made fresh in house," which really told me nothing. The burger section didn’t even mention that sides were included. The pizza offerings were similarly vague—just names like mushroom chicken and BBQ chicken, without any details about the dishes. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited thirty minutes for our food. They were out of the grilled veggie side we wanted, so we had to change our order halfway through the wait. When our food finally arrived, it was terrible. The chips served with our guacamole were stale. My veggie burger was a soggy mix of soy, onion, and corn pressed into a patty, and I was hoping it was chickpea-based, but it wasn't. The bun was so dry that I didn't even bother eating it. We also sampled the worst Reuben I've ever had. It was dry, lacked sauce, and came without sauerkraut—just coleslaw instead. We didn't receive any condiments for the overcooked French fries on the side, and it took an extra five minutes and a request for dressing to make the Reuben somewhat edible. During this time, I watched our waiter chatting with every other staff member instead of attending to us. The sides were just as disappointing: the grilled broccoli was really just soggy steamed broccoli, and the Brussels sprouts were served swimming in some unidentifiable dark liquid. I couldn’t finish my veggie burger (more like "soy mush"), so I asked for a box, but when I got to my car, I realized I had left it on the table—I didn't even think to go back for it. That's something that has never happened to me before. To make matters worse, a member of my party found a disgusting strand of hair in her drink that was clearly not hers. She also confided that she had discovered a bug in her salad during her previous visit. This restaurant poses a health concern. RUN AWAY. Seriously, don’t even think about eating here. This was possibly the worst lunch I’ve ever had.
This place is really nice and low-key. I like how the food is cooked on a wood fire. It adds a nice flavor to the food. My heart shaped BBQ chicken was nice and tender on a bed of crispy onion slices. I wasn't really a fan of the onions, but it was plated nicely. The BBQ sauce was nice and thick with great blend of seasonings. The cornbread was more savory than sweet. I'm pretty sure that it had some jalapeno and other things in it which was a bit of a surprise. The corn on the cob was pretty good. I liked the flavor of it being grilled, but other than that it was a bit plain. The mashed potatoes however were delicious! Nice and buttery. My friend had a chicken Caesar salad like pizza that was really good! The dressing wasn't too fishy and the chicken was tender all loaded on top of a thin cheesy crust. Their thick Cajun seasoned fries were really good as well! The service was decent. They didn't come to check on us for quite a while (which would have been nice if they had come a little bit earlier after we had got our food because I like butter with my cornbread and I had to wait). Overall it's kind of a chill atmosphere with a bar and TVs on a couple walls.
