Panera Bread - Farmington

Love Panera bread! And this location is exceptional. The food is always fresh. And the Staff here are the most helpful and welcoming. It's easy in, for rapid pick up, and easy out! They are fast and courteous. You guys are doing a job!! Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

I initially enjoyed the food at this restaurant, but after my last visit, I left feeling extremely frustrated. I went in hoping to order a bread and a muffin, but after waiting over 20 minutes, I was informed that they were out of bread. I ended up only getting my muffin and had to wait even longer for the manager to process a refund. The slow service and lack of urgency from the employees left me feeling disappointed. Despite loving the food, the experience was marred by the exceptionally slow service. I have a hard time justifying a return visit due to the frustrating wait and lackluster customer service. The employees seemed to be moving at a sluggish pace, making the whole experience even more aggravating. Overall, I was let down by the service and unlikely to return anytime soon.

The food was tasty, but the price of $35 for a half salad, half sandwich, and a spicy chicken sandwich was too high for the portion sizes we received.
