El Jimador - Farmington

We decided to try a new Mexican restaurant today and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The food and service were both excellent. While I wasn't particularly impressed by the margarita, it's hard to please me as we make fantastic margaritas at home. However, compared to all the local Mexican restaurants, this one had the best margarita by far! I loved the glass it was served in and the salt they used on the rim.

This Mexican restaurant is above average. Upon seating ourselves, we were promptly served chips and salsa. The menu offers a wide variety of options and great value lunch specials. While my dish was a bit heavy on the cheese, it was still delicious. Now let's talk about my margarita! I tried the frozen sangrita and it was absolutely delicious. It was a blend of frozen margarita with a hint of sangria and salt on the rim, perfect for a refreshing summer drink. The service was friendly, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The location is convenient. I would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.
