Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Farmington

The last few times we have visited this restaurant, my daughter ordered a medium dipped ice cream cone and it looked like a large clump of chocolate crackling up. The employees should improve on giving us that classic Dairy Queen swirl.

DQ serves delicious ice cream and usually has fast service in the drive-thru. Although I wish the dipped cone didn't melt as quickly, I understand that it's ice cream dipped in warm chocolate, so it might just be my personal preference.

The food was overcooked. The fries were so salty they could preserve several more batches of fries. None of the restrooms were functioning. I wish the summer staff were still working there; they were respectful and great at their jobs.

The service was excellent at 2 different locations. The person wrote on a birthday cake for me at no extra charge. It was perfect and done in a timely manner. Unfortunately the MLK location has permanently closed. I went to the Farmingtonstore instead and that's where she wrote on the cake. I appreciated that very much.

Second and last time I 'll be eating there. Will say the guy working the drive thru was very very nice, BUT the food wasn 't! The hamburger patties were hard and old along with the hard buns. I thought they got them from the middle school seeing that schoolis out due to the weather. The chicken strips had more fat and breading than anything else and they were cold after waiting abit longer for them Sir please pull forward to the sign were making fresh straps for you. That was a lie. They made the icecream before I pulled up to pay so needless to say they were shakes by the time I got home. Never again!
