Arby's Roast Beef - Farmington

We were craving Arbys so badly, after driving all day. Our mouths were literally watering for some roast beef. Already had our order planned. Put this on our GPS 2 hours out knowing we would barley make it before they closed- we arrived 30mins before 10PM(closing) and they were closed even though the open sign was still on too. We were so sad and I literally wanted to cry becauseI was sick of eating at other chains. Had to pick from Carls Jr, McDonald?s, or Taco Bell down the street.

Honestly everything was great , but ask for salt if you get regular fries, as they taste bland, and if not , I suggest the curly fries.

I will never eat here again. My moms sandwich was soggy, vegetables on sandwich were rotten, smelled spoiled, all of it smelled spoiled even the meat. Didn?t eat it threw it away. Made a complaint to corporate, no response at all.

Decent food restaurant needs to be remodeled not the nice staff is friendly and do there best to make sure your happy

Both my son and I became sick with stomach cramping and nausea soon after eating an Arby's roast beef sandwich. We ordered through the drive thru on our way out of town. I did call the restaurant and explained to them how after eating their sandwichesand the complaint was met with sarcastic, no accountability and rudeness. I didn't ask for anything refunded just wanted toinform the management of our symptoms after consuming their food. Extremely disappointed. Can't imagine how this restaurantstill have customers with management and employees that have such a lack of respect and vulgar rudeness. The face of this Arby'sis regrettably a failure in Farmington
