Toarmina's Pizza - Farmington Hills

How can someone possibly leave a positive review for this place? You can't even make an order! Based on family recommendations, I tried to place an order both online and via the phone. Online you calculate first, then make sure you wait for someone at the location to confirm the order. Of course they never confirm it, so the order will be canceled and you will be refunded (also). Try as often as you want, they never accept the order. You want to call? Good luck, I'm sitting here with the phone ringing over 5 minutes and nobody answers.

They were too late for half an hour, they took my information and asked me what I wanted to order, and I asked why I had to get my pizza, and then they said keep on the driver calling you and he was even worse. He threatened me as a manager because the people in the store were so unprofessional that I was told my pizza might be in 15. I love the Toarmina chain, but this place is terrible. I order Dominos before I ever give this store. I've never got my pizza.

I always thought that this place had strange operating hours because I would see them closed during the day, but finally decided to give them a try a few weeks back. I was impressed and enjoyed the deluxe pizza I ordered.

Keeping in today and getting a 24 inch pizza, the young lady was very polite, I give her an A and the pizza was amazing, not expected that it was so big, and the ingredients are really not skillful mushrooms like other places, thanks for the amazing pizza and excellent service!

The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients. I had decided to give them a try rather than Buddy's Pizza. This was a great choice. Toarmina's Pizza will be my place to go.
