Contribuiți la feedbackSushi was very high quality (the cooks must be very talented) and all ingredients were fresh. I came in at 9 o'clock and had just been driven from work to house and was told to the restaurant near 10 o'clock, and they didn't want to put me on a table. I asked about the execution and they said they would let me commission the execution. I ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls, 1 yum yum roll with modifications, and 1 standard deep fried salmon roll. they did the 2spicy tuna and the yum yum and did not screw up the mods, but the fourth roll not. they had paid me before the time when I looked at the reception and saw that they did not overload me, but just forget to add the fourth roll. when I gave them my credit card, they told me my card was down. I looked at my app and the card didn't take off, just didn't get charged. the young waitress always told me that my chip was broken. then the manager came and ran my card successfully. After I checked my order, I knew I was a roll short, but since I wasn't charged for it, I didn't want to push up. positiw: sushi is tasty and they have a lot of options. the spicy thunfish is made of fresh pieces thunfish, not the mined mull that many places use. the ingredients are fresh and the chefs are talented. the portions are beautiful and large! negatiw: employees without training, sub-sustainable and personal is emphasized. they come so short, but clearly not appropriate. they use a dry erasing board and a marker instead of paper for sushi orders (I think this is how my roll erased lol) overall: space has 5 star potential, but they need to hire more employees and work more efficiently. if it was about bad eating, I wouldn't write this whole review. I really hope they're busy because I liked to eat that.
Unfortunately, a company has so little appreciation for its customers. Today we have placed an order of kabuki over the ubereats app. after receiving our order, I noticed that the entry of kabuki to our ordering the total amount due $37.95 (subtotal sales tax) and yet I was charged $54.15 (subtotal sales tax) via ubereats. that is a price difference of $16.20. after a discussion with ubereats customer service, I was told that some restaurants calculate more when ordering is placed via third-party supplier apps to compensate their cost to be part of the app. so in the ground, kabuki saves the benefits and get the exposition that comes with a part of services like ubereats. I would understand a 1-$2 price difference, because finally it is a convenient, but a $16.20 difference for five rolls and two sides of the spicy mayo is unjustified. I also want to note that all this before adding to the additional $9.19 in service and delivery fees.
Wife and I come back to find their diversity and are always happy to be able to immerse. it is either sushi or their other plates that always satisfy our palate! we understand that it comes short because of covid in restaurants, and the timing was also no problem. customers just need to learn geduld every day. but yes, eating is very happy to leave with a happy drink!
The worst customer service of all time! not recommended! discriminated, respectful, and very rude waiter! my friend and went there on Friday. Before I went there, I called them first and they told me that I should just go, we came to 9 o'clock the waitress took 30 minutes to take our order, finally at 8:45 came a dame to take our order. our food came after 10 minutes in everything together at once. we had not had much time to eat, but at 10:55 they gave one sack, another lady told us it's just because they want to close the cash. I understand her a lot since I worked at the restaurant. I asked to go boxing, but I had to repeat twice. while waiting for the plastic bag with 3 boxes, I went to the toilet room to wash my hands. when I came out of the restroom, a young lady told me that we were going because the restaurants closed at 10 o'clock. but there are 5 tables all korean. I said, however, that young waitress we wait for plastic bags instead of giving me plastic bag, she told me that we had to leave the rest of the tables were their chief friends. they are very respectful, discriminated and very rude.
I went to Kabuki for the first time and was very unimpressed. Our group got the ramen, bibimbap, and ox tail bone soup. All were mediocre. The egg in the ramen was hard boiled, the broth was meh. The bibimbap was flavorless. The ox bone soup was flavorless and had no contents. Maybe we all should have gotten sushi, because all the reviews seem to rave about it. But I don’t think we’ll be back to find out.The wait was also long, but I don’t hold that against the staff/restaurant because it was dinner rush and I know restaurants are having a hard time with staffing these days. The staff was nice and accommodating when they could. I would be more than happy to wait if the food was worth it.
