However, we had difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature in the room, which fluctuated between chilly and warm. Moving to a booth helped with the draft, but initially, our table was missing a water glass and knife. We waited 20 minutes before someone approached our table, and there was a 30-minute delay between our appetizer and main course without any updates from our server. We had to ask for a steak knife when the food arrived, and our server did not explain the menu in detail as we observed at other tables. Unfortunately, a manager did not offer to assist in resolving any issues. Attention to detail is needed to enhance the overall experience and ensure a more positive visit in the future.

This place is truly a hidden gem. The service was excellent, the food was incredible, and my wife couldn't stop raving about the personalized attention we received. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Overall, eating was the star of the evening, but it will have to be improvements in other aspekten before we would return. first, the positive elements are based in first line food. the scallop cup was well prepared and each scallop is very considerable. the datei was excellent, well diced and tender also the alaskan cod and risotto were very good. and the pearl for dessert is quite unique and pleasant. like others have mentioned the weinlist, while not extensive is good price and has a solid selection of options. a live piano was also a nice note. the main negatiw we have experienced was a difficult thing to keep a constant temperature in the room. it would vary between cool to quite warm, then again to cool. the hostess brought us to a stand that helped to reduce the effect of the cool design. when we first sat our table, because we lacked a waterglass and a knife, but my main concern was that we did not approach for minutes, and I had to inform the hostess to get someone on our table. there was a short delay between our appetizer and the main course, and we have never received an update from our server and I did not get a steak knife until I asked when the food arrived. Another negatiw is that our server did not explain the menu in detail how we have heard that it is done to other tables from another server. to no time has a manager offer to treat the situation. In summary, a higher love will contribute to the detail to equalizing the overall experience to lead to a favorable experience.
