Nathan's Famous - Farmingdale

I advise against visiting this Nathan's if you're looking for a meal. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed disinterested in doing their job. One of the managers even told me and my guest that we couldn't stand and wait for our food, despite having already paid for it. The service was abysmal. I also have concerns about the cleanliness of the place; the condiment station looked like it hadn't been cleaned or restocked in ages. When we first walked in, there were three girls at the counter who ignored both me and my companion while we tried to place our order, behaving as if we weren't even there. It was disappointing to see them show the same disregard for older customers as well. To top it all off, the sodas were watered down. I ordered a Coca-Cola but ended up with something that tasted more like water.

If you're craving a Nathan's hot dog, I suggest you steer clear of this place. Although it is a Nathan's franchise, the hot dogs don't meet the high standards you would expect. Even after requesting our hot dogs to be well done, they were undercooked and served lukewarm, along with lukewarm sauerkraut. This wasn't what I anticipated at all. While I understand it's located in a food court at a children's arcade, that alone shouldn't diminish the quality of the food. I could overlook the setting if the food was good, but unfortunately, it wasn't. I won't be returning. I was very disappointed.

This isn't a genuine Nathan's. The place was dirty, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. Even the cheese fries were disappointing. The floor was so filthy that my feet stuck to it as I walked. I won't be coming back or suggesting it to anyone.

This location is inside of a KIDS PLAY HOUSE, SO EXPECT NOTHING SPECIAL AND KIDS AND NOISE EVERY WHERE, the food space is shared with other foodiers and noticed the nathan's area was clean and unused (limited menu) space about 5 hot dogs sitting on a im sure cold stove (yikes), so all i ordered was bacon cheese fries (you cant mess that up too much can you) well the best part was it was super hot and its fries, so not much to really complain about, I will not come, but good luck to them

Food was terrible, Hot Dogs were both over cooked, sour kraut was cold, no cheese for the fries. This is not the first time with these and other problems.
