Dunkin' - Farmingdale

Horrible restaurant, visited 3-4 times, always mess up my coffee order, had enough of this place! Stay away.

The bagel I ordered was burnt and I didn't realize it until I got home. It was disappointing to find that the bottom half was essentially ash. This restaurant seems to be inconsistent and always makes some sort of mistake. Despite this, I was able to eat the top half of the bagel.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. None of the staff seemed focused on their job, as they were constantly on their phones, including myself. It took much longer than necessary to receive a few cups of coffee due to everyone being engrossed in social media.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. None of the staff were attentive as they were constantly on their phones instead of helping customers. It took twice as long to get a few cups of coffee because everyone was more focused on social media than their job.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly.
