Bj's Wholesale Club - Farmingdale

This has quickly become my new favorite BJs location. On my last visit, Jeffrey helped my girlfriend and I in the electronics section find the exact TV we wanted. He was so courteous and respectful. It was such a pleasure having his help!

If o could give a zero star review I would. The person at customer service was very rude. First nobody was at the desk then she finally strolls in talking to someone on her phone taking her time to call me to the desk. My husband purchased a shed from BJ’s and noticed it’s $200 cheaper. He called customer service and they told him he can get credited back the difference with or without the receipt. Me being 8 months pregnant and living 45 minutes away without traffic went to do so. The lady at customer service, says oh no you need a receipt we can’t do this, with a slight attitude. I told her my husband called this morning and was told different. She goes well we can’t do that you need your receipt. I asked for a manger and was told there was no manger available. Which everyone knows is bs. I left very upset which isn’t good for me or my baby. I will not be shopping at this BJ’s and I can see why it took us so long to become a BJ’s member. I’ll tell you one thing as a Costco customer also they treat their customers well.

I was amazed that the people at the deli counter was so pleasant because their manager was yelling at them, hurry up, when you're working with the slicers they have to take their time, I should have said something.

Love going to BJ'S. I can find mostly everything I am looking for. Unfortunately some items that I used to always purchase are now discontinued in BJ'S only. Enjoy that they are back giving samples. Why is BJ'S allowing dogs rhar are not eye seeing dogs into the store, even worse allowing them to be placed into the shopping carts where people put their groceries in them, that is not sanitary, do not care if they put down a blanket!!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. The Manager Ashley is rude and unprofessional. While at the self checkout there was a misunderstanding between us. I was then checking out she stood there and stared me down the whole time i was checking out. Then i asked for help with the quantity of a product and she just had attitude while trying to help me!! If i wanted that i would go to Walmart not pay for your attitude! Unbelievable !
