Mr Jim's Pizza - Farmersville

I have never ordered from here before but was excited to try it. I ordered 3 pizzas and spent $60. I asked for extra white sauce on my pizza but there’s practically none on it. When i called about it they offered me 15% off my next order or bring it back. Well, since i waited over 45 min for this one with a screaming baby in the car I didn’t feel like driving back up there tonight. Customer service is extremely lacking. I will take my business to Valencia’s from now on! They have amazing food and excellent customer service.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed any place we placed an order at 730 it said that it would only take 40 minutes to get to my house we called 45 minutes later and they said that they are just now about to leave with it. It is now 8:50 and it still isn’t here this is crazy

Outstanding Service! I hadnt realized we order 15min before closing (online order). We were going to cook, but lost power in the storm. My wife had left the front gate open, in hopes they would drive up. When we didnt get the email, I thought it may had been to late. My wife called and they said it would be out thr door shortly. about 30 min later, through the pouring rain, i seen the SUV pulling into out gate. They are amazing!

So today was my last visit to Mr.Jims in Farmersville Tx. I’ve lived in my location for 6 years. At one point and time I had our orders delivered , then after 2 years they started charging for delivery, which I understand being 14 miles away. So we started picking it up because we could get our order faster and not pay the extra money for delivery. Now we order several pizzas a month and they have always put Garlic Butter Cups in the pizza box. I was told this evening they are fifty cents a piece. I told the manager I thought that was ridiculous and that I have never been charged before. I asked to speak with the owner ! He goes to get her and she walked in and the conversation began. I believe I was pretty blunt about the new charges and she stated that it was a MrJims policy to charge for condiments. I told her to remove my info from her computer and that I would drive 60 miles out of the way to get a pizza from now on. She acted like she was the only Pizza Place within 300 miles so I’m done. Never again. 2 Garlic Butter Cups just lost a customer. !!

Did not receive our order (delivery) due to the rain however we had to call for them to tell us they couldn’t deliver. Best thing that I was still charged and they even added themselves a tip! Was told that they would credit me back in the morning ..... still waiting Will not ever order again from them
