Big menu, good prices. They also sell tampons and cigs.
The new management and staff really turned this place 180°.Before they got here the food was bland, and just did not taste right. That is no longer the case as every food item that I have ordered has been cooked and seasoned very well. I have tried their breakfast croissants/biscuits, their breakfast platters (potato, bacon/sausage, egg, biscuit), chicken soup, panini, hamburgers, and several of their afternoon plates. They have all been prepared exceptionally well. The staff is also very friendly and truly seems to care about your orders.
Under new management. This place has improved. The breakfast croissant is good and not expensive. Friendly, helpful staff.
Pleasant staff but, when it comes to the food, think school cafeteria. Possibly Folsom County. Vegetable sides both taste and have the consistency of those that come from a can. Everything I've had is palatable but nothing you would ever find yourself thinking about out of anything more than necessity. For example, the fries served with the Gyro as a daily special were oven baked, greatly under cooked and soggy. The turkey burger is unseasoned and excessively soggy and the bun was not much more than mush by the last couple bites. When asked if they offered a half sandwich/cup of soup combo which is pretty typical, they responded that it would be too difficult to make a half sandwich. That's their choice, I get that. But I think that mind set is a good indicator of how most of their food is selected and prepared: Only as much effort as is needed to make it edible. That being said, if you happen to work in the building and find yourself short of time and hungry, it fits the bill. The price is reasonable. The environment is bright and clean but lackluster.
