Bar restorant loni ndodhet ne farke te madhe, perballe helikopterit MI-4 qe eshte ne hyrje te repartit te helikoptereve. eshte vend i qete dhe i kendshem. sherbimi eshte i mire dhe ushqimet jane bio nga prodhimet e zones. the place is quite. the snake is good, sweet is organic.

If they are in the survival situation, they can often drink and eat this place. the personal is good and polite, but the owners are not to invest in business.

A good place overall, but rather for local inhabitants and less for foreign tourists. The first time we went there were told by the waiter who is also the owner that the menu is old and everything costs 100 lek more now, which we were okey with on holidays : We had a good traditional albanian meal for 9 people 6 adults with 3 children chosen by the owner since the menu was in albanian only, so we trusted his recommendation plus ordered a few local beers and wine. It was delicious and the bill amounted to 6660 lek approx. €66 , which despite the extra 100 lek per dish was acceptable and affordable. Therefore, we also went to LONI yesterday evening for another family meal. Again, we relied on the waiter/owner 's recommendation and got similar dishes, but with more meat some good and others mediocre and also the same amount of local beers and wine. However, this time the check amounted to 15400 lek €150 , which by the way is about 50% of the minimum monthly wage in Albania, so we are pretty certain that if we were locals, the bill wouldn 't be half as high. The owner asked us few questions the first time and knowing where we are from and where we were staying nice villa nearby used it to his advantage, in our opinion, and overcharged more than just a bit like the first time, which made us feel slightly ripped off. Overall, the place and food is good and recommendable, but involves extra tourist tax : which is doable as compared to prices in Poland, but rather expensive for local conditions.
