Vinyl Taco - Fargo

Growing up in SoCal leaves you a bit critical of south of the border food in places far removed from Mexico. Vinyl Taco is delicious and satisfying. It's the first place I would eat in Fargo! I walked in at 11am and spent $20 on three food items including tax and tip. I was not hungry until 9 hours later. It's an amazing fusion of Mexican and Latin American ingredients with a USA twist.

Honestly the best taco place in town with the freshest ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Makes you feel like a good tester on food network show!

Cozy atmosphere, good service. Margarita was great, so was food! I shared the queso con chorizo appetizer and had the barbacoa, crispy fish pork belly tacos- all of which I would recommend (especially the pork belly taco! .

Great atmosphere, great tunes, great food with very friendly and attentive service! I had a Beef Chimichanga with green tomatillo salsa and a Fish Taco and both were delicious and full of flavor.

Loved the atmosphere even tho busy it was positive and didn't affect service, food was grand, service was fine, and the margaritas were best we'd had in a long time.. We'll be back!
