Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Fargo

I stopped at this restaurant for lunch for the first time and tried the Bratwurst sandwich along with a cup of their broccoli cheese soup. Both were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. While the location may not be easily visible from the road, I stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat. I would definitely return if I am ever in town again.

I ordered through the tobelly website. I waited 15 minutes at the pick-up window only to find out they forgot my sides and only gave me meat and bread. They even forgot the cheese. The chocolate shake was good, but that's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars.

The woman who took our order was somewhat rude. We are not from Fargo and had never been to this restaurant before, so we had no idea about the menu or how things worked. I simply ordered a side salad with my meal, but she seemed confused about what I wanted. When I tried to clarify, she repeatedly told me to look at the menu board, even though I had already chosen my salad. It seemed like she was having a bad day, which may have impacted her delivery. Additionally, the broccoli cheddar soup had a strange taste and gritty texture. However, my companion and I enjoyed our sandwiches, as they were tasty. We weren't greeted when we arrived, and I also felt a bit neglected by some of the other employees.

One of my top options for large tasting sandwiches and sides. I know I have to get there if I have a fresh albacore tuna sandwich on chalk.
