Pizza Hut - Fargo

I just ordered two large pizzas and a 2 L when my order arrived the 2 L was missing I called to let the store manager know he was rude and unprofessional. He lied and said they were going to bring it back, but never did when I called again, he said the driver told him he came back, but I refused my 2 L, so I had to go up there to get my 2 L and my tip back which was $10. Most people don’t even tip. Plus driver would’ve received a extra tip for bringing what he didn’t bring the first time back even though it wasn’t my fault the whole store is unprofessional and ghetto.

This location is dead to me. Took almost an hour and a half to get the pizza. It was delivered by floor dash instead of pizza hut employee. When it arrived it was cold and not much for toppings on it. I don't review often but when I have an experience this bad I am going to let people know

This location has had some staffing issues over the past year or so with that said every time I come I there I get greeted right away. They are very very busy on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays. They have limited hours at the moment, I think the manager said 1pm-9pm. To see the very few they have running around getting things accomplished makes me feel that soon as they get a couple more people wait times will go down and over all the quality all around will be much much better. Keep up guys and thank you for staying open. Most places are closing way earlier or not opening at all for that day. Keep up the great work!!!

Honestly, the food was decent for what it is, I dont know if we just got lucky or what. My issue is that they had a doordash driver deliver it. They should at least let you know a third party contractor is handling your food, there were no seals or stickers on any of it either.

Food was over an hour and a half late. It was cold when I got it.
