Luchadores Taqueria - Fargo

I visited this restaurant while exploring the city, and it's beautifully situated next to a large brewery. I tried the carnitas and chicken tacos, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly prepared, garnished, and seasoned. The tamarind and smoked Poblano sauces were exceptional, even better than those found in some more upscale places. The frog legs were delightful, and the potato cake was a pleasant surprise. Everything tasted fresh. I also appreciated that the price includes tax. The quality of food here would likely cost twice as much in Minneapolis. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

After relocating from Southern California, I was on the hunt for some fantastic taco truck tacos! I've been here several times and keep coming back. It's a wonderful blend of gourmet and authentic taco shop flavors, and everything I've tried has been excellent. I highly recommend the chicken taco served on a soft corn tortilla with avocado sauce, as well as the potato taco on a soft corn tortilla drizzled with tamarind sauce. The owner is friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. Overall, it's been a great experience!

The food is absolutely incredible. I can't stop dreaming about the tacos and quesadillas. The Carnitas are my favorite, but the chicken is really tasty as well. The sauces and warm tortillas add that perfect extra touch. If anyone knows how to enjoy these tacos in the winter, please let me know!

Great tacos here. I was really in the mood for Tacos Al Pastor they didn't have. So I went out easy. Fortunately, my expectations were exceeded by the Chicken Tacos proposal. My girlfriend had a fish taco she said was excellent. I'd definitely go back.
