Embers University Diner - Fargo

This restaurant is fantastic. We ordered grilled cheese with chili, corned beef hash, and the Day Breaker. The chili had a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, topped with freshly cut onions - it was WOW. The Day Breaker consisted of hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and sausage, and it was equally amazing. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service was quick, but the restaurant fills up fast. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a delicious breakfast.

This restaurant is one of the few that consistently delivers high quality food. While the dinner menu may be standard, you can trust that your meal will be satisfying. Despite not usually enjoying breakfast, I can attest that the bacon cheeseburger really impressed me. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast.

The daybreaker was Hashbrowns, Egg, Bacon and Sausage, again amazing. Loved the strudel coffee cake..I would recommend everyone. It was fast service, but it fills quickly. We stopped for breakfast and were very impressed by Randy's. We sat immediately and the restaurant was very clean with many friendly workers. Our waitress was Melodi and she was so nice. She even entertained the kids at the table next to us with jokes. The food portions were huge and we received our food very quickly. The CINNAMON STREUSEL COFFEECAKE is absolutely a must! It was served fresh and warm. We also loved all cute doll images on the walls. We will definitely visit again.

Great food, fast friendly service reasonable prices... Do you need anything else?? Really love this place!
