Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fargo

I don’t normally leave google reviews.. and I usually love Chipotle very much but this place is just different. First of all they are VERY understaffed, And workers seem to not know what they are doing. Food were under prepped, ran out or ran low on many things.. Walked in around 6pm right around normal dinner time to order and there were only two staffs, nonetheless they are both pretty slow.. which caused a line of around 10 customers. Not to mention food prepping table was a mess too.. I stayed at a hotel that’s 5 mins walking distance and when I got to the room and found out the entire bowl was cold.. and the portion was VERY little compared to other Chipotle locations. I’m leaving a two star just because the lady was very friendly. Glad I don’t live in the area or I’d be so frustrated since I’m a usual customer. Just hoping they’d improve or I’m feeling bad for whoever lives around the area.

We got two burritos to go, they were slammed, wouldn't be an issue but the app told us to arrive way too early, get the food home and my burrito is old chicken, rice, almost no salsa, I could count the pieces of corn on one hand, non existent amount of sour cream, I don't want it swimming in SC, but being able to even taste it would have been nice. Two things I always ask extra for, because they never seem to put it on is cheese and chicken, the chicken was a proper amount, but was awful, I'm not entirely sure I even had cheese. Never going here again, we have gotten food here a couple times, it's never been great, but after this time I'm done.

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, but this chipotle deserves it. It is the worst I have ever been to. It was so filthy- floors bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were so slow no one from the back jumped in to help up front with a line almost out the door. With only two people up front, the one was going from the cash register to making food- all without changing their gloves. The other seemed like he was high as he didn’t even know what sour cream was when I asked for it nor could he seem to figure out how to wrap the burritos (see pictures). I understand staffing is tough right now, however, the hygiene of this store is just unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend eating here!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The place was an absolute mess...afraid of getting food poisoning. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Ice machine didn't work and soda was flat and warm. They were out of napkins. You name it, it was wrong. This place should consider if they should stay in business if they can't figure out the basics.

One of the most disgusting places I have ever ordered food from. The place had dirty tables, floors, buffet, dirty in the back, overflowing garbage cans. Nothing looks edible, all the food looks like it sat there for hours, their menu is small. The staff are a bit pushy as to what you should add to your order. Overpriced food for the lack of quality. I brought my food home to eat, and it was nothing special. Taco Bell would of been a better choice. I can't believe that place hasn't been shut down yet. I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.
