Mcdonalds Fareham

The service at this restaurant is terrible! Every time we visit the drive-through, we are consistently asked to park in the parking lot while they prepare our food, even when it doesn't seem to be very busy. The lack of organization is astonishing. It's frustrating that they can't seem to anticipate the dinner rush at a fast food restaurant. We will not be returning, especially with the unfriendly staff.

This is not the first time we have driven through the drive through and not received what we asked for when we have arrived home to eat it. Think the person taking the order needs to be more professional and ensure the order is correct at the pick up point

This restaurant is absolutely diabolical on customer service when ordered via mcdonalds app this restaurant was the responsible for packing the food and preparation then passing onto driver to deliver. When my order arrived i was missing two items so I decided to call this restaurant and say there were items missing. When i got through all I got was its not our responsibility its uber eats fault and we won 't do nothing about it, now considering the missing order was for my young child so he went without. Their attitude was not our problem so what the management did not even attempt to try and resolve the issue just palmed me off to uber eats. If they prepare and pack the meal its their responsibility and not the drivers. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting on customer service and food preparation.

Food arrived late and stone cold. very poor company, avoid at all costs. This company serves up junk food at its worst.

Disgusting cold dirty seriously. one triple cheese burger that wasnt a triple gave me diarreha. seriously go somewhere else the staff are also rude
